Cancellation Policy
At Hylete Fit, we strive to create a respectful and supportive environment for all our participants. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our classes, please review our cancellation, refund policy and media policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or credit for a future class. Please do so by emailing hyletefit@gmail.com Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the class and have not provided prior notice, the class will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Photos and videos taken during classes, events, and training sessions may be used for promotional purposes on Hylete Fit’s social media accounts, website, and marketing materials. We aim to highlight the energy, teamwork, and personal achievements of our members while respecting privacy and personal preferences. If a photo or video is posted and a member wishes to have it removed, they can request deletion by contacting us and we will promptly take it down. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
