Hylete Fit adopts a hybrid training methodology focusing on endurance, strength and functionality for all demographics.
This style of training has been adopted by emergency services and military organisations around the world for good reason.
Our training approach is a result of 20 years military experience using tried and tested methods of being an all round athlete wherever you are in your current journey.
Our small group training provides the benefits of personal training, at a much more affordability.


What we offer?
At Hylete Fit, we offer comprehensive coached small group training and programs designed for individuals of all ability and experience levels. These classes enable you to learn about fitness in a safe and supportive, community centered environment.
We also have 24/7 open gym access so that you can train whenever you like in our facility.

Functional Fitness - Our signature Hylete Fit classes blend strength, conditioning, and skill work to help you move, feel, and perform your best. Each session combines barbell lifts, bodyweight movements, and high-energy conditioning in a supportive small-group setting. Every workout is adaptable to all levels — designed to build real strength, athleticism, and confidence.

Full Body Functional Strength - Fridays are all about building balanced strength from head to toe. This class combines compound lifts and accessory work to target every major muscle group — helping you move better, feel stronger, and finish the week on a high note. Expect smart programming, solid technique coaching, and a supportive team atmosphere that keeps you pushing for progress.

Saturday Sweat Club - Start your weekend with a challenge. Saturday Sweat Club brings the energy with Hyrox-style cardio workouts that push your endurance, teamwork, and grit. Expect a fast-paced mix of running, sleds, machines, and functional movements — the perfect weekly test of fitness and community.
